We now have the precision, stability and capabilities to process materials professionally and efficiently.

Using the new lathe, we can manufacture round parts, shafts, bushings, flanges and customised components from technical plastics. In the process, we deliver high accuracy and repeatability, even with complex shapes.

Another advantage is that we can switch gears more quickly, as we can carry out more processing in-house. This enables us to access new markets, including mechanical engineering, food and pharmaceuticals, pump systems, transport technology, and equipment manufacturing.

This is a significant development for us because technical plastics require precise, controlled machining. With this lathe, we can process these materials more cleanly, safely and efficiently.
